About Morbid Maidens: Morbid Maidens is an all female owned & run modeling group aimed to help other alternative models book & find jobs in a comfortable, friendly, and safe atmosphere. With so many predatory companies and people out there in the business it is so important that women have a place where they do not have to worry about being taken advantage of or put in danger.. or at the very least made to feel uncomfortable. Our owner Mya has worked in the industry off and on for several years and understands the nature of the business. 

We do not require any payments, exclusivity, or anything like that. This is purely for the benefit of our models. The goal is to have a good roster of models who are willing to collaborate with other brands, companies, and merchants who are looking to book high quality models. For example: Clothing brands, band merchandise, music videos, brand ambassadors, spokesmodels, print ads, publications, etc. We vet each company and person who is looking to book through us before passing along any work opportunities to our models. If you are booked for a paid shoot you will receive 100% of the commission. We do not take a percentage of your pay. If companies are looking to book through us directly as their full time "go to" model roster they will pay us separately, this is why we do not charge any type of percentage from our models. Jobs offered are up to the models if they choose to accept them or not. We will never force anyone to take a job that they do not want to do or are not comfortable with. 

What we are looking for:
1. Models who are going to act professionally, you do not have to be a "professional" model or have prior experience. As long as you are willing
to take this seriously and have a good attitude that is far more important to us than a highly experienced model who is hard to deal with. 
2. A good portfolio. This means at least a few professional (or at least very well done) photos of yourself. If you are experienced in modeling we would love to hear about what places or people you have modeled for in the past. What we do not want: Selfies, blurry low quality photos, or worse.. no photos at all. We need to see what you look like! 
3. The correct look. We do not desire any specific body type, height, ethnicity, or anything like that. We actually would love to have a good variety of models on our roster. However, you do need to fit our brand which is solely alternative style women. Tattoos are not required to be considered alternative. 
4. 18 years of age or older and willing to sign a modeling release form. 
5. Willing to promote on your social media pages.

We prefer to have photos sent via "https://wetransfer.com" However if you are only sending a few photos you can attach them directly to your submission email.

We truly appreciate anyone who is interested in working with us, but unfortunately we can not accept everyone as much as we would love to. If you are not selected do not be discouraged! You can always re apply and ask us for feedback as to why you were not selected. If you are accepted we will send you a copy of a release form to sign along with some other information regarding bookings.
